Aviv Clinics also provides personalized treatment for conditions such as stroke, TBI, long COVID, fibromyalgia, Lyme disease, PTSD and many others. Because these cases are highly individualized, pricing is created in collaboration with your Aviv Clinics physician and client ambassador.
Performance Program
Optimizes athletic performance for athletes of all ages and skill levels, from amateurs to professionals.
Performance Base:
Pre-testing includes physical exam, labs and bloodwork, body composition analysis, cardiopulmonary exercise test, EKG, and evaluations for strength, range of motion, and physical therapy.
Treatment includes 8 weeks of HBOT in our specialized hyperbaric suite.
Base Investment: $18,214
Performance Premium:
Pre-testing includes the same assessments as base level, plus gait analysis.
Treatment includes 8 weeks of HBOT, plus exercise programming, intensive dietary coaching, personal and group physical training, and physical therapy.
Post-testing includes follow-up body composition analysis, cardiopulmonary exercise test, and evaluations for strength, range of motion, and physical therapy.

Treatment includes 12 weeks of HBOT in our specialized hyperbaric suites, plus personalized cognitive and physical training.
Post-testing includes follow-up cognitive assessments.

Enhancement Premium:
Pre-testing includes all base items, plus SPECT imaging, gait analysis, and evaluations for strength, range of motion, and physical therapy.
Treatment includes all base items, plus nutrition coaching, personal and group physical training, dual-task training, and physical therapy.
Post-testing includes follow-up cognitive assessments, SPECT imaging, gait analysis, body composition analysis, cardiopulmonary exercise test, and evaluations for strength, range of motion, and physical therapy.

Supports recovery from neurological conditions, including stroke, TBI and post-concussion syndrome, long COVID, and mild cognitive impairment.
Recovery Base:

Treatment includes 12 weeks of HBOT in our specialized hyperbaric suites, and personalized cognitive training and tracking.
Post-testing includes follow-up cognitive assessments.

Focused on You, Not Insurance Restrictions
Health insurance often limits the care you can receive, dictating which tests, treatments, or timelines are covered under your policy. At Aviv Clinics, we take a different approach. We design your personal treatment program based on what science shows is best for you, and not what insurance companies decide.
While we do not bill insurance directly, many clients are able to use HSA or FSA funds. Contact your HSA/FSA plan administrator for guidelines.
