As someone who previously attended a consultation with a physician at Aviv Clinics, you have likely received an email about important changes to our program structure. Aviv’s clients now have the option to focus on the specific areas of care that are most important to their health goals. While the Aviv Medical Program is still grounded in comprehensive medical evaluation and guided by our clinical team, it is now available in a more flexible, personalized model. For most, that also means a lower total cost of care.
We’re inviting a small group of people to participate in a focus group to share their thoughts and perspectives on these new program options. Your feedback is incredibly valuable to us as we work to make our care more accessible and personalized.

Each focus group will be limited to 10 participants to ensure an open and productive discussion. We are offering two session times.
These focus groups will be held at Aviv Clinics, in The Center for Advanced Healthcare at Brownwood; 2955 Brownwood Blvd, The Villages, FL 32163.
